11 years of heating and cooling, warranty claim resolved fast

I have been heating – and occasionally cooling – with the HotJet 18ASK heat pump for 11 years now, and I am satisfied. A warranty claim during the extended warranty period was handled very quickly. Regular servicing likewise. Post-warranty service checks also without any issues. Overall, everything works as it should and without problems.
