Your brand. Your market. Our engineering.
You know your customers. We know how to build a heat pump. Together, we get your product to market faster, with lower risk and the quality your brand demands.
20+ years of manufacturing experience · 28,000+ installed units across Europe · Full development, manufacturing and testing under one roof
1. Technical platform – build on proven foundations
Don’t start from zero. Choose from tested components and platforms – we’ll put together the combination that fits your market, climate zone and price point.
Refrigerants
R290 (propane) · R454C · R454B · R1234yf – and legacy R407C, R410A, R134A. We actively focus on natural refrigerant R290 and low-GWP transition refrigerants in line with EU F-gas phase-down.
Compressors
Scroll and rotary compressors from leading manufacturers. Inverter drive as standard. We select and validate the right compressor for your output range – you don’t need to negotiate directly with compressor suppliers.
Key components
Variable frequency drives · EC axial and centrifugal fans · Plate and coaxial heat exchangers (evaporators, condensers) · Electronic expansion valves · Hydraulic assemblies and integrated accessories.
We don’t lock you into one platform. If you have preferred suppliers or components, we integrate them.
2. Electrical – designed for real-world installation
Our electrical engineers came from technical support – years of commissioning systems, training installers and troubleshooting in the field. That experience is now embedded in every schematic and control panel we design.
What that means for you
The result is direct: fewer installation errors, fewer callouts, end customers who don’t call back. We design electrical systems that installers actually understand – because the people designing them used to be on the other end of the phone.
Capabilities
In-house panel design and assembly · Single-phase (230V) and three-phase (400V) configurations · Market-specific adaptations (UK, Scandinavia, southern Europe) · EMC compliance · Full electrical documentation in your language.
3. Controls – your product, your intelligence
The control system is what your installer touches every day and what your end customer interacts with. It needs to feel like your product – not a generic OEM box.
Control platforms
Siemens Climatix IC (advanced, cloud-native) · Siemens RVS (proven, cost-effective) – Both platforms with full customisation of control algorithms, parameters and user interface.
Flexibility
Configurable I/O modules · Touchscreen and segmented HMI displays · Cloud connectivity as standard · Industrial protocols: Modbus RTU/TCP, BACnet · Smart home integration options.
Proprietary algorithms
We write the control software in-house. Need specific heating curve behaviour, hybrid logic or cascade control? We develop it for your application – no constraints from generic firmware.
4. Software ecosystem – more than a heat pump
Your partners and end customers expect digital tools. We deliver them – either under your brand or as shared infrastructure.
Cloud platform and remote monitoring
Real-time monitoring, fault alerts, performance analysis. Access via web and mobile. White-label ready – your logo, your domain, your data.
Partner tools
Sizing and calculation tools for your sales team and installers · System design assistants · Commissioning checklists and digital handover protocols.
Mobile app
Custom mobile app for monitoring, diagnostics and service. Available for white-labelling or connection to your existing system via API.
You’re not buying a box – you’re getting a connected product with a digital backbone.
5. Testing and validation – every unit, not just samples
Trust isn’t built on promises. It’s built on data. We test every unit individually – not by sampling, not in batches.
Testing infrastructure
Climate chamber for full-range performance validation · Testing to EN 14511 and EN 14825 · Acoustic measurements · 100% pressure test on every unit · Full electrical safety testing to applicable standards.
What you get
Individual test reports on request · Performance data shareable with certification bodies · Confidence that your brand is on a product that actually performs to specification.
6. Certification service – opening doors to your target markets
Certification is often the longest and most expensive part of bringing a heat pump to a new market. We’ve been through it dozens of times – and we can guide your product through the process, or transfer existing certifications to save you months.
Certifications we support
ErP energy labelling · EHPA Quality Label · Keymark · MCS (United Kingdom) · F-gas regulation compliance · National subsidy programme requirements (BAFA/BEG in Germany, NZÚ in Czech Republic and others).
Certification transfer
For derivative products (design update, colour change, market adaptation) we can transfer certifications from our base product to your variant. That can save 3–6 months and tens of thousands of euros compared to testing from scratch.
7. Product differentiation – your market, your specification
Not every market needs the same product. And not every differentiation requires a full new development. We work with you on where to add performance, where to reduce cost and where to stand out from competitors – based on the specific demands of your market.
Compressor – the foundation of every decision
The choice of compressor is probably the most important technical decision in the whole project. It affects performance, price, noise, service life and spare parts availability.
Scroll compressors are quieter, produce lower vibration and suit applications where the customer notices acoustics – residential buildings, apartment blocks, the premium segment. Rotary compressors are more compact, less expensive and work well in smaller output classes or where price is the deciding factor.
We don’t default to one or the other. We go through the output range, target market and price positioning with you – then recommend what actually fits. If you have a preferred compressor supplier, we work with them.
Other differentiation axes
Beyond the compressor, we have room to adjust the other parameters that shape the final product:
Refrigerant – R290 for the premium and environmentally positioned segment, R454C and R454B as low-GWP transition refrigerants, R1234yf for specific applications. We also work with legacy refrigerants (R407C, R410A, R134A) for product takeovers and modernisations. The refrigerant choice affects the certification path, safety zones and marketing positioning.
Heat exchangers – plate or coaxial, custom sizing for your output range and target temperature differential. A properly sized heat exchanger shows in seasonal efficiency, not just the nameplate COP.
Fans – axial or centrifugal, EC motors as standard. Fan selection is a direct lever on noise and part-load consumption.
Hydraulic assembly – from basic piping to an integrated solution with pump, expansion vessel, pressure relief valve and flow meter. Depends on how much you want to simplify installation for the engineer on site.
Cabinet and surface finish – dimensions, shape, colour, material. Our coating line handles any RAL shade. If your brand requires a specific panel design or logo placement, we’ll work it out.
Differentiation doesn’t always mean higher cost. The right component choices in the right places can make the final product both cheaper and better.
8. Marketing support – ready for market, not just the warehouse
A great product without marketing materials is invisible. We help you go to market – not just into stock.
What we deliver
Product website or landing pages (design + content) · Print catalogues and datasheets · Technical documentation and installation manuals · Translations into major European languages · 3D renders and product photography · Video content for web and social media.
Why it matters
Many OEM partners are strong in sales and distribution but don’t have in-house capacity for technical product marketing. We bridge that gap. Your team focuses on selling while we prepare the tools they need to do it.
9. Manufacturing – in-house, in control
We don’t outsource key manufacturing processes. They happen under our roof, which means we control quality, timelines and cost – and so do you.
Sheet metal processing
CNC punching and press brakes – precise shaping without dependence on external suppliers.
Tube processing
Tube bending for hydraulic circuits without unnecessary welds – cleaner hydraulics, fewer potential failure points.
Insulation cutting
CNC cutting plotter for precise insulation – top-tier thermal and acoustic properties.
Powder coating
Any RAL shade, your brand identity – an extremely durable finish without waiting for an external supplier.
Assembly and commissioning
Full assembly, wiring and functional test – finished units leave the facility ready to install.
Capacity and lead times
Our current production capacity handles customers with annual requirements in the hundreds to thousands of units. Typical serial production lead times: 4–6 weeks from confirmed order. MOQ is agreed individually – we’re flexible for pilot batches too.
